I'm an instructional designer and elearning developer whose passion is creating training materials that are effective, visually appealing, and truly interactive.
I've always loved learning and helping others learn, which is why I've dedicated my career to creating engaging and effective learning experiences. I enjoy the challenge of designing and developing solutions that produce results through the use of proven, research-based instructional strategies, while also being appealing to learners. Technology is another passion of mine, and I enjoy learning new technologies and applying them in innovative ways to improve learning outcomes.

I have over 10 years of experience working in education and training. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from New York University with a B.S. in Education and I also hold a Master's Degree in Instructional Design for Online Learning. I've developed learning solutions for a wide variety of audiences—from C-suite executives to frontline staff—and for many different industries, including retail, hospitality, financial services, and healthcare.
In addition to my passion for interactive instructional media, I also enjoy traveling, reading and writing, preparing healthy vegetarian food (and eating it!), practicing yoga, and spending time with my husband and our two adorable cats.
As an instructional designer, I have the opportunity to create all kinds of training materials and courses. I've designed, developed, and facilitated live classroom training courses and modules, as well as virtual instructor-led training (webinars). I've also written self-study instructional materials, and I have extensive experience creating valid and reliable assessments.
I love technolgy, and my favorite projects are ones in which I have the opportunity to explore new ways of leveraging technology to improve workplace performance and empower people to succeed. Whether I'm developing an elearning course, performance support tools, or an instructional website, I work to ensure usability, excellent visual and graphic design, and proper functionality in all environments. I'm also a firm believer in the principles of Serious eLearning.
Sometimes training is not the best solution for a performance problem. I'm experienced at creating and implementing a wide variety of talent development and performance improvement solutions, including technical documentation, user manuals, how-to guides, FAQ documents, checklists, flowcharts, online user forums, competency assessments, and many other reference materials and job aids.
